Standard price: € 1,200.00 per week (7 nights) or pro rata for bookings of less than 7 nights.
Disclaimer: because our garden is not yet fully furnished, we currently offer a reduced rate. Applicable in 2025.
Prices include VAT (19%), tourist tax, cleaning, bed linen, towels and kitchen textiles and water / electricity.
For the use of water / electricity we rely on decent use and no unnecessary waste.
Cleaning: included unless otherwise agreed with the Van der Kamp family.
In the event of future availability of a home charger for electric cars: separate settlement and not included in the rental price.
Our holiday home Prümzurlay is available for a stay of up to six (6) people.
Parents with (very) young children, please note: our house does not have “stair gates” and other facilities to ensure the safety of (very) young children.
Pets – no matter how sweet – are not allowed.
Duration of your stay:
Arrival on Monday: departure on Friday (4 nights) or Saturday (5 nights)
Arrival on Saturday: departure on Friday (6 nights) or Saturday (7 nights)
We use the following “steps” to process your booking:
- After receiving your reservation request, you will receive a message from us requesting a deposit of 10% of the rental price.
- After receiving your deposit, your reservation is final.
- You must pay the remaining amount no later than two weeks before the day of arrival.
- You will receive the access code + instructions for the digital key no later than two days before arrival.
Arrival and departure:
Day of arrival: from 2:00 PM
Day of departure: no later than 10:00 AM
If the tenant provides cleaning / beds (only in consultation with the Van der Kamp family):
Day of arrival: from 2:00 PM
Day of departure: no later than 2:00 PM
